Terms of Use — Lyssara

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern your access to lyssara.top and the booking of group gymnastics classes offered by Lyssara, Musterstraße 12, 10115 Berlin, Germany ("Lyssara", "we", "us"). By using this website or submitting a sign-up request, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Lyssara provides group gymnastics and wellness classes for active living. Our services are fitness and wellness activities, not medical treatment, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation. Classes are led by qualified instructors in our Berlin studio.

3. Booking and sign-up

Submitting the sign-up form constitutes a request for contact, not a confirmed booking. A class place is confirmed only after we contact you by phone and agree on a session or monthly pass. You must provide accurate name and phone details.

4. Pricing and payment

Single session: 20 € per class (approximately 60 minutes).
Monthly pass: 200 € per month (~10 classes).

Payment is made at the studio before your session or arranged by phone after booking. There are no hidden additional fees beyond the prices stated on the website.

5. Cancellation of monthly pass

Monthly passes may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice before the next billing period. Details are set out in our Cancellation Policy.

6. Health and participation

Participation in classes is at your own responsibility. If you have a chronic health condition or have not exercised recently, consult your doctor before starting. Lyssara instructors adapt exercises within a group fitness context but do not provide medical advice. Individual results may vary.

7. Studio rules

Participants are expected to arrive on time, wear comfortable clothing, and follow instructor guidance for safety. Lyssara reserves the right to refuse participation if behaviour endangers others or disrupts the class.

8. Liability

Lyssara is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable typical damage. This does not apply where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

9. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false information, or use automated systems to scrape content without permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on lyssara.top (text, images, design) is owned by Lyssara or used with permission. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is explained in our Cookie Policy.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer residing in Germany, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable. Courts in Berlin have jurisdiction for business disputes; for consumers, jurisdiction follows statutory rules.
