Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy applies to monthly passes and class bookings at Lyssara, Musterstraße 12, 10115 Berlin, Germany. It explains how you can cancel your subscription and what happens to unused sessions.
2. Single sessions (20 €)
Single-session bookings are pay-as-you-go. Payment is made at the studio before the class. If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled session so we can offer the place to another participant. No refund is required for single sessions paid on site because payment occurs at attendance.
3. Monthly pass (200 €)
The monthly pass provides access to approximately 10 group gymnastics classes within one calendar month. The pass renews automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.
4. Cancellation notice period
You may cancel your monthly pass by giving 14 days' written notice before the start of the next billing period. Notice can be sent by email to [email protected] or in writing to our studio address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain access until that date.
5. Refunds
Because Lyssara offers services (not physical goods), statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts may be limited once services have begun with your consent. If you cancel within the 14-day notice period before the next billing cycle, no charge applies for the following month. Refunds for the current month are generally not provided for partially used passes, except where required by applicable consumer law or at Lyssara's discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. documented medical inability to participate).
6. Unused classes
Unused classes within a paid month do not roll over to the following month unless explicitly agreed in writing with Lyssara.
7. Cancellation by Lyssara
We may cancel classes due to instructor illness, studio maintenance, or force majeure. In such cases, we offer rescheduling or credit for affected sessions. We may terminate a monthly pass immediately if a participant repeatedly violates studio rules or endangers others.
