Group gymnastics class in a bright Lyssara studio with gentle movement

Group Gymnastics for Active Living

Lyssara is a welcoming Berlin studio where gentle movement, professional guidance, and a supportive community come together. Discover structured group classes designed for balance, flexibility, and everyday wellbeing.

Our approach

Movement with care and confidence

At Lyssara, group gymnastics is about staying active in a way that feels natural and enjoyable. Each session combines light stretching, coordination exercises, and guided floor work in a calm, well-lit studio environment. Our instructors adapt movements to the group, ensuring everyone can participate at a comfortable pace.

Unlike high-intensity gyms, our studio focuses on sustainable movement habits. Classes take place in small groups so the instructor can offer personal attention while maintaining the energy and motivation that comes from exercising together. Many members tell us they appreciate the friendly atmosphere as much as the physical benefits.

Whether you are returning to exercise after a break or looking for a regular weekly routine, Lyssara provides a structured yet flexible programme. Sessions typically last around 60 minutes and include a warm-up, main exercises, and a cool-down period. All equipment needed for class is provided on site.

Why Lyssara

What makes our classes different

We built Lyssara around the idea that movement should feel accessible, social, and genuinely pleasant — not overwhelming or intimidating.

Structured sessions

Every class follows a clear plan: warm-up, guided exercises, and relaxation. You always know what to expect.

Small groups

Limited class sizes mean more space, better supervision, and a community feel where members know each other.

Bright studio space

Natural light, wood floors, mirrors, and plants create a calm Nordic-inspired environment in central Berlin.

Qualified instructors

All sessions are led by experienced trainers who specialise in gentle group gymnastics and mindful movement.

Flexible booking

Choose a single session to try a class or a monthly pass for regular attendance — no hidden fees.

Welcoming community

Members join for the movement and stay for the atmosphere. New participants are always greeted warmly.

"The studio feels like a bright, calm place to move — not a gym where you have to compete. I look forward to every session."
